Henry Ford Hospital, a 903 bed tertiary hospital, is focusing their recruitment on nurses with experience in:

          Medical ICU            4-5 nurses

          Surgical ICU           4-5 nurses

          OR – Theatre         2-3 nurses

Ideal ICU candidates will have 3-5 years of related experience and be comfortable working with drips, lines and vents.

Applicants that are currently working or have meaningful experience on a High Dependency Unit (HDU) will also be considered.

Interviews will be conducted in London at Bison Management’s office only on September 25 & 26.  HealthStaff will provide a return train ticket to all prequalified applicants from outside the London area.

Nursing managers from Henry Ford will be present to conduct the interviews.  Hiring decisions will be made ‘on the spot’ and job offer letters issued to selected applicants within 24 hours of the interview. 

Henry Ford’s immigration attorney will also be present to start the processing of the I-140 green card application right away.

RNs with 2 years of experience start with a base rate of $26.00+ per hour plus 7% shift differential for evening and night shifts and a further 2% differential for weekends.

Full credit is given for years of experience.  For example and nurse with 7 years experience would be offered a base rate of $32.20 per hour.
