Time scale - how long will it take?

  Nurses who have successfully completed IELTS, NCLEX, or CEF 7-10 months

  Nurses who have yet to achieve the above 9 to 15 months

How much will I earn?

America is not so much a country as a continent.  Salaries and cost of living can vary substantially depending on where you live.  For instance, a nurse working in Texas earning $23 per hour would need to earn more than double this figure to enjoy the same standard of living in California.
